Terms of Service for KeyKings

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the KeyKings store (the "Service") operated by KeyKings ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Digital Goods and Service Provision

KeyKings sells digital goods, including but not limited to software keys, activation codes, digital downloads, and electronic licenses ("Digital Goods").

• Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment processing, your purchased Digital Goods will be delivered electronically via the checkout page, customer dashboard, or the email address provided at checkout.
• License Grant: Purchase of a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the product in accordance with the specific terms set forth by the product’s original publisher or software developer. You do not acquire ownership of the intellectual property inherent in the Digital Goods.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, once a software key, code, or digital item has been revealed, generated, or delivered to you, all sales are final and non-refundable, except under the following conditions:

• Unredeemed/Unrevealed Keys: If a key has not been accessed, revealed, or delivered due to a system error, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Defective or Invalid Keys: If you receive a key that is invalid or already redeemed prior to your receipt, you must open a ticket via our integrated SellAuth ticketing system or join our Discord server at discord.gg/keyking within 7 days of purchase with verifiable proof (e.g., screenshots or unedited screen recordings of the error). If we confirm the key is defective and cannot provide a working replacement, a full refund will be issued.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

When you create an account or complete a purchase with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information.

• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activities or actions taken under your account.
• Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Service or purchased Digital Goods for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose, including the unauthorized resale, key exploitation, or payment fraud.

4. Payments, Pricing, and Support

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors integrated into SellAuth. By purchasing from KeyKings, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.
• Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your KeyKings access, blacklisting across supported merchant networks, and potential revocation of delivered licenses.
• Support Inquiries: For support, order inquiries, or assistance with purchased items, users must submit a support request directly through the integrated SellAuth ticketing feature on the store page or join our official Discord server at discord.gg/keyking.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KeyKings and its licensors. All brand names, game titles, software logos, and trademarks displayed on the site belong to their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KeyKings, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service or Digital Goods;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content or license revocation by third-party software developers or platform operators.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
